Prawn Curry

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté until the onion is soft and golden.
  3. Add the tomatoes and curry powder and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well blended.
  4. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Add the coconut milk and salt and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce is thick and creamy.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
