Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, finely chopped
- Green chilli - 1, finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 large, finely chopped
- Onion - 1 large, finely chopped
- Paneer - 200 grams, crumbled
Let's Get Started
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, green chilli, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
- Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or bread.
