Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions, green chilli, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or bread.
