Pork Tenderloin with Orange Glaze

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and sear on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  5. While the pork is roasting, make the orange glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry. Stir into the saucepan and cook until the glaze has thickened.
  7. Remove the pork from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve with the orange glaze.
