Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce
This is a delicious and easy-to-make pork tenderloin dish served with a tangy mustard sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Dijon mustard - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pork tenderloin - 1.5 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork and sear on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes total.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest.
