Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the pork and sear on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes total.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  6. Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest.
  7. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  8. Add the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  9. Stir in the mustard and heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  10. Cook the sauce until it has thickened, about 5 minutes.
  11. Slice the pork and serve it with the mustard sauce, garnished with the fresh parsley.
