Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Cream Sauce

- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
