- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Mixed vegetables - 4 cups (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the pork, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
