Pork Tenderloin Sliders
These delicious sliders are made with tender, juicy pork tenderloin and served on mini buns. They're perfect for a party or a fun family dinner.
Ingredients - Serves 8
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Lettuce - 1 head, shredded
- Mini buns - 16
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Pork tenderloin - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Pour over the pork.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes, then slice into thin pieces.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a few pieces of pork and some shredded lettuce.
- Place the top half of the bun on top and serve.
