Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Pour over the pork.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  6. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes, then slice into thin pieces.

  8. Place the top half of the bun on top and serve.
