Pork Tenderloin Marinade
This marinade will make your pork tenderloin juicy and flavorful. It's perfect for grilling or roasting.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup

- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and make sure the pork is fully coated in the marinade.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before cooking, remove the pork from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
