Korean Style Beef Short Ribs
Tender, flavorful, and delicious Korean-style beef short ribs, also known as Galbi. Marinated in a sweet and savory sauce, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Beef short ribs - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and black pepper.
- Place the short ribs in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure all the ribs are coated with the marinade.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Grill the ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the ribs with steamed rice and kimchi.
