- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sticky rice - 2 cups
- Pork blood - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- Soak the sticky rice in water for a few hours, then drain.
- Mix the pork blood with the sticky rice and add the soy sauce and five-spice powder.
- Pour the mixture into a square mold and steam for about 1 hour until it sets.
- Let it cool and cut into slices.
