Pork Belly Bao Buns

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Pickled vegetables - 1 cup
- Bao buns - 8
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Pork belly - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the pork belly in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over it, ensuring it is well coated.
