Porcini Dusted Sablefish

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the sablefish fillets with salt, pepper, and porcini mushroom powder.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sablefish fillets and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  7. Add the white wine and lemon juice, and bring to a simmer.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has reduced slightly.
  9. Return the sablefish fillets to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
