Let's Get Started

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in the flour.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the chicken broth and lemon juice to the skillet, scraping the bottom of the skillet to loosen any browned bits.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the chicken with the chopped parsley before serving.
