Ingredients - Serves 2
- Bacon - 2 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Eggs - 2 large
- Cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Polenta - 1 cup
- Water - 3 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Slowly whisk in the polenta and salt, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pan.
