Let's Get Started

- Place the sea bass on a plate that fits inside a steamer. Pour half of the lime sauce over the fish.

- Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the steamer and pour the remaining lime sauce over it.
- Garnish with the chopped cilantro and spring onions before serving.
