Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the pineapple with green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, jaggery, and salt until it becomes soft.
  2. Grind the coconut and cumin seeds into a fine paste.
  3. Add this coconut paste to the cooked pineapple and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the beaten yogurt. Mix well.
  5. In a separate pan, heat the coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add dry red chilies and curry leaves.
  6. Pour this tempering over the pachadi and mix well. Serve warm.
