- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 1 can (14 oz)
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Curry powder - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1-inch piece, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Squid - 1/2 lb, cleaned and sliced
- Fish fillets - 1 lb, cut into chunks
- Shrimp - 1 lb, peeled and deveined

- In a large pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to coat the onions and spices.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp, fish fillets, and sliced squid to the pan. Stir gently to combine with the sauce.
- Cover the pan and let the seafood cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
