Pineapple and Teriyaki Chicken Wraps
These delicious wraps are filled with juicy teriyaki chicken, sweet pineapple, and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Flour tortillas - 4
- Pineapple slices - 8, canned or fresh
- Teriyaki sauce - 1/2 cup
- Chicken breasts - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Top with sliced chicken, pineapple slices, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
