Philly Cheesesteak Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium.
  3. In another skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each patty and cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
  5. Toast the burger buns and place a patty on each bottom bun. Top with the onion, bell pepper, and mushroom mixture and the top bun.
