Mushroom and Lentil Burger

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
