Polish Sausage

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Onion - 1 large, sliced
- Polish sausage - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
