Chicago Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. If you like a really thin crust, you can roll it out to a 14-inch circle.
  3. Brush the dough with a tablespoon of olive oil, making sure to get all the way to the edges.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
  6. Top the pizza with the pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and olives.
  7. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone if using) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
