- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Basil leaves - Handful
- Fresh mozzarella cheese - 4 slices
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Ciabatta bread - 1 loaf, sliced
- Pesto sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 2 boneless, skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is grilling, brush the sliced ciabatta bread with olive oil and toast on the grill for a few minutes on each side.
