Air Fryer Pesto Zucchini Noodles

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Pine nuts - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Basil leaves - 2 cups
- Zucchini - 2 medium, spiralized
Let's Get Started
- In a food processor, combine the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan. Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
