- Lettuce leaves - For serving
- Corn kernels - 1/2 cup, cooked
- Sweet potato - 1, boiled and sliced
- Salt - To taste
- Aji amarillo paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2 cup, thinly sliced
- Lime juice - 1 cup
- Fresh white fish fillets - 1 pound, cubed

- In a large bowl, combine the fish, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, garlic, aji Amarillo paste, and salt. Mix well to ensure the fish is coated in the lime juice.
