  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar. Mix well.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken strips onto skewers and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the peanut butter and coconut milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  6. To assemble the wraps, place a tortilla wrap on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of satay sauce on the wrap.
  7. Top with grilled chicken, lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, julienned carrot, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  8. Drizzle some more satay sauce over the fillings.
  9. Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it up tightly.
  10. Repeat with the remaining tortilla wraps and fillings.
