Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse the duck and pat dry. Place on a rack in a roasting pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Brush the mixture all over the duck.
  4. Roast the duck in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
  5. While the duck is roasting, prepare the vegetables.
  6. Once the duck is done, let it rest for a few minutes before carving.
  7. Shred the duck meat and set aside.
  8. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  9. To assemble the tacos, spread a spoonful of hoisin sauce on each tortilla. Top with shredded duck, cucumber, and spring onions.
  10. Serve the Peking Duck Tacos immediately.
