Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  2. Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden.
  4. Add the spring onions and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add the soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, and vinegar. Mix well.
  6. Add the fried cauliflower florets to the pan and toss well to coat with the sauce.
  7. Cook for a couple of minutes, then serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
