Pastrami Spring Rolls

Let's Get Started

  1. Lay out a spring roll wrapper and place a slice of pastrami, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a spoonful of sauerkraut in the center.
  2. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  3. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F.
  5. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
