  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
  3. Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. In a blender or food processor, blend the corn kernels, milk, sugar, and butter until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the corn mixture into the skillet with the ground beef. Stir to combine.
  6. Spread the remaining corn mixture evenly over the beef mixture in the skillet.
  7. Top with raisins, olives, and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is heated through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
