- Tuna - 1 can
- Hard-boiled eggs - 2
- Salt - To taste
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil - 100 ml
- Stale bread - 200 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green pepper - 1
- Ripe tomatoes - 1 kg
Let's Get Started
- Soak the stale bread in water for 15 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the soaked bread, chopped tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve the soup in bowls, garnished with chopped hard-boiled eggs and crumbled tuna.
