Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss until the pasta and chicken are coated in the creamy Alfredo sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.
