Parmesan Truffle Fries
Crispy homemade fries tossed in truffle oil and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, freshly grated
- Truffle oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4 large, cut into fries
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them out on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
- Immediately after removing the fries from the oven, drizzle them with the truffle oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the fries with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
