Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the paneer cubes in a mixture of yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill the marinated paneer cubes until they are golden brown.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until they are golden brown.
  4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and saute for a few more minutes.
  5. Add the pureed tomatoes to the pan and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  6. Add the grilled paneer cubes to the pan and mix well.
  7. Add the cream to the pan and cook for a few more minutes.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
