Paneer Masala Dosa
A delicious South Indian dish, Paneer Masala Dosa is a perfect blend of spices and paneer wrapped in a crispy dosa.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Oil - As required
- Salt - To taste
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Green chillies - 2, finely chopped
- Tomatoes - 2, finely chopped
- Onions - 2, finely chopped
- Paneer - 200 grams, crumbled
- Dosa batter - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
- Add the crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes. The paneer masala is ready.
- Heat a dosa pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Spread a spoonful of paneer masala on the dosa and fold it.
- Cook the dosa on both sides until it is crispy and golden.
- Serve the Paneer Masala Dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
