  1. Clean the chicken and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the green chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  5. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and mix well. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
