Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they start to crackle, add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the spinach puree and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
