Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the chicken and shrimp are heated through.
  6. Push the ingredients to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  7. Spread the Pad Thai sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Top the sauce with the cooked chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and scrambled eggs.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
  11. Serve the Pad Thai Pizza with lime wedges on the side.
