Let's Get Started

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the yellow noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. Push the shrimp to one side of the pan and add cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
  7. Add the cooked yellow noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
  9. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  10. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
