Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Pour this sauce over the vegetables.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
  6. Serve the Pad Pak hot, with steamed rice if desired.
