- Red chili peppers - 2, sliced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Protein (chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu) - 300 grams, sliced
- Black pepper - 1 tablespoon, freshly ground
- Garlic - 6 cloves, minced
Let's Get Started
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and black pepper to the hot oil and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced protein (chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu) to the wok and stir-fry until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
