  3. Add the shredded green papaya, cherry tomatoes, fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar to the mortar.
  4. Use the pestle to mix and lightly pound the ingredients together until well combined and the flavors are melded together.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  6. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and sprinkle with crushed peanuts before serving.
