Ingredients - Serves 2
- White rice - 2 cups, cooked
- Thai basil leaves - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Thai chili peppers - 4, sliced
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Minced pork - 250 grams
Let's Get Started
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced chili peppers. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the minced pork and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula.
- In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir well to coat the pork.
- Add the Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute until wilted.
- Serve the Pad Krapow Moo Saap over cooked white rice.
