Garlic Drunken Noodles

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the bell pepper and green onions to the pan and cook until softened.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and cook until set.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  6. Stir in the Thai basil leaves and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute, until the basil is wilted.
  7. Serve the noodles hot, garnished with extra basil leaves and red pepper flakes if desired.
