Pacific Rim Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Marinate the tofu in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the tofu and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the bell peppers, carrot, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  6. Return the tofu to the pan and add the scallions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
