Ostkaka
Ostkaka is a traditional Swedish dessert made with cottage cheese, eggs, and almonds.

- Eggs - 3
- Cottage cheese - 500g
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, almonds, flour, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream and raspberry jam.
