Orange and Sesame Chicken Stir Fry

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, orange zest, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
