Onion and Pepper Steak Sandwich
This delicious steak sandwich is loaded with sautéed onions and peppers, topped with melted cheese, and served on a toasted bun.

- Hoagie rolls - 2
- Provolone cheese - 4 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Steak - 8 ounces, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the onions and peppers from the skillet and set aside.
- Season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper.
- In the same skillet, cook the steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
