- Lettuce leaves - 4, for serving
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Eggs - 4, hard-boiled and chopped
Let's Get Started
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes, then drain and cool in ice water.
