Lobster Roll Burger

- Tomato slices - 4
- Lettuce leaves - 4
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
- Brioche buns - 4
- Ground beef - 1 pound
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chives - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Lobster meat - 1 pound, cooked and chopped
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
